Let yourself be immersed in the waves of sonic opulence at one of Glasgow's most beautiful venues.
A sound bath is an auditory experience that helps you to reach deep states of relaxation - a kind of a brain massage really. All you'll need to do is to lie down, close your eyes and let the current of sound carry you away.
The session will be performed on the mighty 36" Pluto gong and incorporate voice, singing bowls and other soothing instruments to take you on a journey to the other side of consciousness.
How to prepare:
- Bring a yoga mat, cushions/blankets and anything else to make you warm and cozy
- Wear comfortable and warm clothes
- If you're coming straight from work have a snack but wait with anything too heavy for after the session
- We will observe the noble silence so please as you come in switch off your phone and try not to chat
The spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
